It's finally here - our last meeting of the year - roll on 2023

This week will be Bubbles and Strawberries and our final speaker...
Lisa Jones
Chair of Affordable Sports for Greater Wellington
Five sports codes came together naming themselves Affordable Sports for Greater Wellington, and lobbied to reduce facility fees and demanding a review to lower the cost of playing sport in the region.
Campaign chair Lisa Jones will talk to us about how a large portion of players’ subscriptions currently go to council, more than in most other parts of the country. Her group believes that high costs affect participation in sport.
Make this one a must attend meeting.
