House of Grace strategic direction"

The House of Grace Trust was established in 2001 by Treena and Marcus van Rijssel. Their dream was to provide a safe haven for pregnant young women. A place where mums-to-be could find the love and support they need to learn life skills, manage pregnancy and prepare for parenting. This is a charity that Port Nicholson support.

The Āhuru Mōwai Trust and the Rotary Club of Plimmerton have great pleasure in extending an invitation to you to join us for the Charity gala dinner and auction being held on Thursday evening 5th December 2024. The dinner is a cricket-themed fundraising evening to raise funds to build an inclusive playground for children in the greater Porirua region with intellectual and physical challenges.

Golf fund raiser for the Malaghan

Come and join us on Friday 22 November at the Royal Wellington Golf Club for a Charity Golf day. Teams of 4 playing ambrose with lots of food and drink around the course. Lunch before tee off at 12.30. Dinner and prizes after the event.  To register contact Jane Paterson janejpaterson@gmail.com. It would be great to continue members support of the Malaghan Institute. 

Birdwood Project Quiz

RYLA Youth Leadership Awards 
Applications close soon for RYLA 2025.  This residential 4 day course is to be held in late January, is fully funded and open top young
leaders/potential leaders aged 18-24.

Allan Henry Motion/Performance Capture Artist
Allan is one of these rare people who at a young age had a very clear idea of what he wanted to do when he grew up. He wanted to be a cartoon character. So, he prepared himself for the role by doing martial arts, gymnastics, dance and acrobatics.
